Productivity
Linc Health is passionate about productivity. We know that it is not only the lifeblood of effective operations, but it is a key element of job satisfaction as well. Productivity begins with the basic value of work – that doing the job right the first time, every time, makes good economic sense. We amplify this by installing processes that encourage people to make right choices on the job.
The second key to productivity is measurement. In addition to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that we agree to with each customer, Linc administers the Linc Performance Index (LPI), which applies a uniform set of productivity measures to all employees. This provides al staff members with a sense of performance expectations that is balanced and objective.
Tools to support productivity constitute the third key to our program. Linc is the only service organization to be a two time winner of the Microsoft Pinnacle Award. Our systems provide real time information to our staff on equipment conditions, workload requirements, and resources. Electronic support systems allow each employee to maximize their productive time and minimize unproductive wait time.
Overlaying all of this is our core competency. Not only the technicians and trades people, but the managers and engineers are expert in their professions and are backed up by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) around the country. This means that supervisors understand the work being done and an expert opinion is a phone call or text message away.
