Raymond Peter Zambuto, CCE, FASHE, FHIMSS, FACCE - President: Ray Zambuto brings over 30 years of experience and entepreneurial leadership to Linc Health, having served as the founder and President of Technology in Medicine, Inc. (Holliston, MA), the leading provider of multi-vendor asset and technology management services in the Northeast. His background also includes service as a Senior Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston)and at Lockheed Electronics Co. (Hyattsville, MD). Ray holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Bio-Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York. He is a Certified Clinical Engineer and a Fellow of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS), and the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE).
William S. Snowden - Vice President, Business Development: Bill Snowden has more than 30 years experience in providing healthcare facilities management in the areas of maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, food, and clinical engineering. He was responsible for Sales and Operations as the Executive Vice President for the West Unit while with the ServiceMaster Company (Deerfield, IL). Through his participation in the company's on-going education programs, Bill earned an MBA in Business Management. Bill was a member of the Delta Executive Leadership Group and sat on several President’s Advisory Councils, including The College of Dupage Foundation Board (Dupage, IL) and the Harvey Mudd College President’s Advisory Council (Claremont, CA).
Robert M. Eakin, MHA - Vice President, Facility Engineering: Robert Eakin has more than 25 years of progressive healthcare experience in both clinical engineering and facilities management. While with Triad Hospitals (Plano TX), he rose from Director of Facilities at individual hospitals to Manager of Corporate Engineering Services. Robert's responsibilities included supervision of construction and renovation projects, overseeing the corporate Energy-Star program, assessing facilities, and managing budgets in this 54-hospital system. More recently, he has served as Vice President of Professional Services for Four Rivers Software (Pittsburgh), the market leader in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for healthcare.
Paul Monahan - Vice President, Clinical Engineering: Paul Monahan brings over 30 years of experience in clinical engineering and business management to Linc Health. Beginning in 1976, as a field service technician at Technology in Medicine, Inc, he rose to become Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer by 1987. In this capacity, he presided over the integration of four acquisitions and the development of systems for multi-vendor service. In 2009, Paul was promoted to President of Technology in Medicine, Inc. Paul is a Past President of the Medical Device Society of Boston and has served on the Clinical Engineering Steering Committee of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). He has lectured nationally at both engineering and healthcare conferences and has served on various industry advisory boards.
Wayne Morse, CCE, FACCE - Vice President, Sales and Marketing: Wayne Morse has over 30 years of experience in clinical engineering, and as an accomplished author and educator. Wayne was the founder and President of Morse Medical (Bellevue WA), the premier clinical engineering service in the Pacific Northwest. He also has worked in industry at Spacelabs Medical (Redmond WA), the shared service of the Southern California Hospital Council, and Long Beach (CA) Community Hospital. Wayne received his Master's degree in business from City University; his Master's in biomedical engineering from the University of Southern California; and his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic of Pomona. He is a Certified Clinical Engineer and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Engineering.
D. Neil Reynolds, National Director of Operations: - Neil Reynolds has 30 years of facilities management experience. Eighteen of those years were in the areas of Health Care Plant Operations & Maintenance, Clinical Engineering, Housekeeping, Laundry/Linen and Food Service. While serving as Director of Technical Support for the ServiceMaster Company, he led a team of seven Technical Support Representatives which conducted facility site assessments, compliance audits, program design and development, staffing models and management development training. Neil has co-authored a technical publication on designing for isolation of highly infectious diseases. He is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
