Excellence
The concepts of “excellence” and “quality” are often over used and under practiced. For Linc Health, Excellence in everything we do and quality in every service we provide has been a way of life since our inception. By 1986, we recognized that to ensure continued customer satisfaction as we grew, we needed processes in place that would promote a culture of Excellence. As a result, we formalized a set of guiding principles for continual improvement based on the work of W. Edwards Deming.
The resulting systems of operations and work patterns focus our efforts towards desirable outcomes and away from the types of behaviors that lead to failures, rework, lowered standards, and poor customer satisfaction. By empowering every employee with the idea that "doing the job right the first time, every time, makes good economic sense," we are able to instill a commitment to Excellence throughout the organization. Our commitment to "Unparalleled Excellence," made over a quarter century ago, remains integral to our service and culture today.
