For Linc Health, the goal of high quality service is always a priority. As early as 1986, we recognized that to assure continued customer satisfaction as the Company grew, we would need to have processes in place that would promote a culture of excellence. These processes for continual improvement are based on the work of W. Edwards Deming. In short, we have developed systems of operations that focus the individual on desirable outcomes and discourage the taking of short-cuts or other undesirable behaviors. By empowering everyone in the company that to “do the job right the first time, every time” makes good economic sense, we were able to instill a commitment to excellence was from the top of the organization to the bottom. The commitment to ‘Unparalleled Excellence” that was made over fifteen years ago remains a priority of Linc Health today.
